
The theatrical reading, presented by the International Primo Levi Studies Center and produced by the Teatro Stabile Foundation under the aegis of the City of Turin and with the support of Intesa Sanpaolo, was presented at the Maneggio della Cavallerizza Reale on the occasion of ESOF.
A large international audience attended the four performances. Among them, many scientists and researchers, in Turin to take part in the European Science Open Forum.
Director and interpreter, Valter Malosti gave his voice to Primo Levi, answering the questions of the interviewer, acted by Domenico Scarpa - literary critic from the University of Pisa - who also cured the selection of the texts. On stage, The Guardian, sculpture by the German artist Antje Rieck, completed the suggestion an essential scenography.
On the occasion of the reading, a not for sale edition of The Mark of the Chemist: A Dialogue with Primo Levi has been printed in Italian by Einaudi.
