Ennio Morricone conducts “If this is a man” in Rome, January 15th

    The composition for narrator and strings based on the text of Primo Levi opens the season of Rome Sinfonietta Orchestra at Auditorium Parco Della Musica.

    Ennio Morricone conducts his compositions for concert hall and film scores in the concert “Musica d’oggi … e per il cinema”. On the stage, the Rome Sinfonietta Orchestra, the actor Mariano Rigillo, the soprano Marta Vulpi and the musicians Vincenzo Bolognese, Gianluca Littera, Omar Tomasoni, Sandro, Luca Pincini, Gilda Buttà and Carlo Romano. The concert includes If this is a man for narrator, violin, solo, soprano and strings, and musics from Once upon a time in America, The untouchables, Nuovo cinema paradiso, The Mission and other notable film scores.
