The conference will be broadcast live and will remain available for viewing on the Fondazione Luigi Einaudi's Youtube channel. 

PRIMO LEVI E LA MEMORIA is a conference organized in collaboration with the Universities of Pavia, Parma, Padua, and Turin, with scientific consultation provided by the Centro internazionale di studi Primo Levi . The conference will be held at Palazzo D'Azeglio of the Fondazione Luigi Einaudi of Turin. The program includes talks and debates focusing on the work and reflections of Primo Levi.
The conference will be held in Italian. 

The academic conference Primo Levi e la memoria is part of the PRIN 2022 project Thesaurus Primo Levi. Genesi e disseminazione di un corpus novecentesco, coordinated by Mariarosa Bricchi, with the participation of the Universities of Pavia, Parma, Padua, and Turin.
The project is funded by the European Union.

              - greetings from the president of the FLET Scientific Committee Edoardo Tortarolo 

 

  • 11:30 - introduction of the Centro internazionale di studi Primo Levi's president Fabio Levi, entitled L'offesa oltre la memoria 

 

  • 15:00 - talk by Cristina Cavallaro (University of Turin): Sulle 'versioni' di Se questo è un uomo: il libro primogenito tra memoria e storia 

 

  • 15:30 - talk by Polo Soddu (University of Turin): Spunti storiografici nell'opera di Primo Levi 

 

  • 16:00 - coffee break

 

  • 16:30 - talk by Daniele Pipitone (University of Turin): Primo Levi e il discorso pubblico sul Lager. Mutamenti e continuità tra storia, memoria e testimonianza
